Residential Land Services began in 2010 as a single surveyor working the Raleigh-Durham area, founded by Dean M. Rhodes with a simple belief: every client deserves accurate work, fair pricing, and responsive service.
From those humble beginnings, RLS has grown into a multi-crew operation serving North Carolina's major markets — Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Fayetteville, Greenville, and Wilmington. Our growth hasn't changed our values.
