Survey Crew Chief

Full-Time

Lead a field survey crew with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage daily field operations independently.

  • 5+ years of experience as a survey crew chief
  • Experience operating robotic survey instruments (total stations, GPS receivers)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, plats, and legal descriptions
  • Strong understanding of NC surveying standards and practices
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Survey CAD Technician

Full-Time

Produce accurate survey drawings, plats, and site plans from field data. You’ll work closely with project managers and field crews to deliver high-quality deliverables on schedule.

  • 3–5 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in land surveying or construction
  • Proficiency in producing boundary surveys, topographic maps, and site plans
  • Ability to process field data and perform calculations
  • Knowledge of NC recording standards for plats and maps
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Full-Time

Manage surveying projects from initial client contact through final deliverable. The project manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinates field crews, CAD technicians, and quality control.

  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North Carolina, or actively pursuing licensure
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent surveying projects
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of NC surveying laws, regulations, and standards of practice
  • Ability to review and approve survey deliverables for quality and accuracy
